The design of the facade for a multifunctional villa stems from the need to cope with a surface area of more than 1,200 square meters. The villa on the intersection of the golf course and the forest with its own lake represents a concrete monolith, which I decided to treat as an abstract painting area. The basic idea of the solution is the optical anchorage and the reduction the load of the building at the same time. The technology used is a photobeton lined with a color gradient scale and with a hand-worked relief. The motif of the proposal is based on the relief of the surrounding landscape, on the minerals present at the building site and it uses the dynamics of the surrounding – trimmed and wild greenery. The division works with the effort to visually move the entire area of the concrete walls and make it a soft space reflecting from the surrounding water surface and subliming gently into the background of the forest connected the building site.
